• The customer question you ask the scan to test
• Business name, website, city, contact name, email, optional phone, priority service, and optional message (when you request a visibility review through a lead form)
• Name, email, and business details (when you book an appointment through our scheduling page)
• Billing name and email (when you pay for a service; card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers)

Information we collect automatically:

• Basic analytics data (page views, scan completion rates) via PostHog
• IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention only — not stored long-term)

Information we collect about your business (from your public website):

• Publicly available website content (HTML, meta tags, structured data)
• Google Business Profile data (ratings, reviews — all publicly available)
• Grounded AI answers, citations, and provider usage data returned for the query set

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your AI Visibility Scan report
• To send you your scan results via email
• To respond to visibility review requests you submit (submissions are stored and a notification is emailed to hello@findmenow.ai)
• To schedule and hold appointments you book with us
• To process payments and deliver purchased services
• To improve our scanning engine and report quality
• To prevent abuse and protect our service

We do NOT:

• Sell your email address or personal data to third parties
• Send unsolicited marketing emails beyond your scan results
• Store your data longer than necessary to provide our service
• Use your information for purposes unrelated to Find Me Now
