These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of findmenow.ai and the AI Visibility Scan service operated by Find Me Now (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The free instant check records one ChatGPT answer when available. The optional full report uses five buyer questions across configured engines, with completed, unavailable and inconclusive checks distinguished. Results describe a dated observation and can vary over time. Reused results retain their original date.

What We Do NOT Guarantee

  • We do not promise placement, ranking, mentions, or recommendations in any AI answer
  • AI answers can change and are outside our control
  • Completed technical work does not promise a future AI answer or business outcome
  • Past results for other clients do not guarantee future results for your business

Local AI Visibility Sprint ($997)

The Local AI Visibility Sprint is a one-time service agreed in writing before private payment. The written scope identifies the business, location or service area, priority service, planned checks, up to three improvements total, access responsibilities, timing and price. Structured data, when agreed, counts within the three improvements.

$997 one time for the first five accepted, paid Local AI Visibility Sprint clients in the U.S., subject to fit and available delivery capacity. One founding Sprint per business.

Implementation normally takes 5 to 7 business days after intake, access and approval are complete. The retest occurs approximately 30 days after publication. The final report normally arrives within 3 business days of the retest. Typical total engagement is approximately 5 to 6 weeks.

No new website, unlimited content writing, unlimited directory corrections, paid listings, link-building, review generation, multiple locations, ongoing SEO or advertising, or changes to third-party properties we cannot control.

You receive the recorded baseline, the agreed improvements completed and validated, the retest and a clear before-and-after report. If an agreed deliverable is missing or unclear, FindMeNow.ai corrects it at no additional charge. If FindMeNow.ai cannot complete the agreed scope, your Sprint fee is refunded. No ranking, mention, recommendation, traffic, call, lead, job or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

The Sprint is complete on its own. No subscription, automatic renewal or required upgrade. You can discuss a separate AI setup or dashboard project whenever the need arises; a Sprint purchase or retest is not a prerequisite.

Previously accepted scopes retain their agreed deliverables, price and terms. The former AI Search Foundation Sprint is not a separate current public purchase option.

Monitoring

Monitoring is not currently offered for sale. Any future service will have separate scope and terms before purchase.

Refund Policy

The Sprint is complete when all agreed deliverables, including the retest and final report, have been delivered and verified. Missing or unclear agreed deliverables are corrected at no additional charge. If FindMeNow.ai cannot complete the agreed scope, the Sprint fee is refunded. Implementation QA alone does not complete an engagement that includes a later retest and report.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have authority to scan
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the scanning service
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk scans without authorization
  • Misrepresent your identity or business affiliation

Intellectual Property

  • Your scan report and its data belong to you
  • Our scanning engine, methodology, website design, and code remain our intellectual property
  • You may share your report freely (we encourage it)

Limitation of Liability

Find Me Now's total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
