These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of findmenow.ai and the AI Visibility Scan service operated by Find Me Now (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Find Me Now provides an automated AI Visibility Scan that analyzes publicly available information about your business, including:

  • Your website's technical structure and structured data
  • Your Google Business Profile (publicly available data)
  • Grounded answers from ChatGPT (with live web search), Google Gemini (with Google Search grounding), and Perplexity

The scan results and report are provided for informational purposes to help you understand your business's current visibility to AI platforms. Answers can vary across repeated runs and over time.

What We Do NOT Guarantee

  • We do not promise placement, ranking, mentions, or recommendations in any AI answer
  • AI answers can change and are outside our control
  • Completed technical work does not promise a future AI answer or business outcome
  • Past results for other clients do not guarantee future results for your business

AI Search Foundation Sprint ($1,497)

When you purchase our AI Search Foundation Sprint:

  • We deliver the specific sprint items listed on the checkout page
  • Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after access and intake are complete
  • The sprint is a one-time service, not a required subscription
  • Scope is limited to what is listed — content writing, directory management, and custom-coded sites are not included

Local AI Visibility Sprint ($997)

The Local AI Visibility Sprint is a one-time service. The first five paid Marin service-business sprints are offered at a $997 founding-client rate; the standard price afterward is $1,497. When you purchase it:

  • Scope covers one business location and one priority service: a recorded 15-search baseline, up to three agreed fixes on properties you control (structured data may be one of the three), technical validation, a 30-day visibility retest, and a before-and-after report
  • The exact fixes are agreed in writing before payment, and payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe
  • You must provide access through collaborator or manager invitations (never by sharing passwords), and implementation normally occurs within 5 to 7 business days after access and intake are complete
  • The retest occurs approximately 30 days after the agreed changes are published
  • Excluded: new websites, unlimited content writing, unlimited directory corrections, paid listings, link building, review generation, multiple locations, ongoing SEO or advertising, and changes to third-party properties we cannot control
  • The sprint is complete on its own: there is no required upgrade, no subscription, and nothing renews. Any broader work is scoped and priced separately after the retest
  • If we cannot complete the agreed sprint work, the payment will be refunded
  • No mention, position, ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or recommendation in any AI system or search product is guaranteed
  • Free review calls can be cancelled or rescheduled from the booking confirmation at any time before the call

Monitoring

Monitoring is not currently offered for sale. Any future service will have separate scope and terms before purchase.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon sprint items, we will issue a full refund. Once all deliverables are complete and verified in a QA pass, the sprint is considered delivered.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have authority to scan
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the scanning service
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk scans without authorization
  • Misrepresent your identity or business affiliation

Intellectual Property

  • Your scan report and its data belong to you
  • Our scanning engine, methodology, website design, and code remain our intellectual property
  • You may share your report freely (we encourage it)

Limitation of Liability

Find Me Now's total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
